These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SKA Spokane Masonry website at spokanemasonrycompany.com and your engagement with our masonry services. By using our website or contracting with us for services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. All text, images, and other materials are the property of SKA Spokane Masonry unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from this site without our written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations about its completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on this site.
All estimates provided by SKA Spokane Masonry - whether in person, by phone, or in writing - are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price until both parties have signed a written contract.
If conditions discovered during work differ materially from those present during the estimate (for example, hidden structural damage, unexpected soil conditions, or materials that differ from what was originally assessed), we will notify you before proceeding and provide an updated written quote. No additional work will be performed without your explicit approval.
All masonry projects performed by SKA Spokane Masonry are governed by a written contract signed by both parties before work begins. The contract specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total price.
Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed must be documented in a written change order and signed by both parties before the additional work is performed.
Payment schedules and methods are specified in each individual project contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project and your acceptance of the work.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee as permitted by Washington State law. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
SKA Spokane Masonry warrants that all labor and materials provided will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless a different warranty period is specified in writing in your project contract.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials installed by SKA Spokane Masonry. It does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on specific products and materials are passed through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SKA Spokane Masonry's total liability for any claim arising from our services or from your use of this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
When a project requires permits from the City of Spokane, Spokane County, or another local jurisdiction, responsibility for obtaining permits will be specified in the project contract. We assist with permit applications when required and comply with all applicable building codes and inspection requirements.
If you have a concern or dispute about our work, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to address it directly. We take complaints seriously and will work in good faith to resolve any issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or litigation in Spokane County, Washington, as agreed upon in writing.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
